The Bloc Leadership Development Program is a year-long, immersive experience crafted to inspire and equip the next generation of changemakers. Rooted in a strengths-based leadership approach, the program helps participants uncover and harness their unique talents while building the essential skills to lead with purpose, empathy, and vision.

Along the way, they benefit from one-on-one Gallup strengths coaching and continuous support from a dedicated network of mentors, coaches, and sponsors.
