Personal Board of Directors Program is a transformative, 6-month long journey designed to equip young change makers with the confidence, clarity, and skills to lead with purpose. Rooted in a strengths-based approach, the program blends immersive workshops, personalized Gallup strengths coaching, and one-on-one mentorship to help participants uncover and harness their unique talents.

A signature feature of the program is the Personal Board of Directors, where each participant is paired with mentors from the prestigious 50 Over 50 NE Awards—a network of accomplished leaders who bring decades of experience, wisdom, and inspiration to the next generation. These intergenerational connections provide meaningful guidance and challenge students to think boldly about their leadership path.

In partnership with University of Nebraska at Lincoln, through in-person intensives, virtual sessions, and exclusive networking events, students explore key leadership themes such as inclusive leadership, innovation, communication, conflict resolution, and team management. Supported by a dedicated community of mentors, coaches, and sponsors, participants grow into bold, compassionate leaders ready to make a lasting impact. The program culminates in a celebratory graduation that marks the beginning of their lifelong leadership journey.
