Honoring the Next Generation of Innovators & Leaders

Welcome to the 20 Under 20 Nebraska Awards

20 Under 20 NE is a recognition program that celebrates exceptional Nebraskan youth who are making a positive impact in their communities. Our program is designed to honor outstanding young people who have demonstrated leadership, innovation, and dedication in various fields.

We are proud to present five categories for nominations: Leadership, Arts & Entrepreneurship, Academics, Community Involvement, and Athletics.

Each category represents a different area of excellence, and we encourage nominees to apply in the category that best represents their accomplishments.

  • Leadership

    Our Leadership category recognizes young people who have shown exceptional leadership skills and have made significant contributions to their school or community. This category is open to students who have demonstrated leadership in a variety of areas, such as student government, community organizations, or volunteer work.

  • Arts & Entrepreneurship

    The Arts & Entrepreneurship category honors young people who have shown creativity and innovation in the arts or business. This category is open to students who have demonstrated exceptional talent in visual or performing arts, as well as those who have shown entrepreneurial spirit by starting a business or project.

  • Academics

    Our Academics category recognizes young people who have excelled in their academic pursuits. This category is open to students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and have shown a commitment to learning and intellectual growth.

  • Community Involvement

    The Community Involvement category honors young people who have dedicated their time and energy to making a positive impact in their community. This category is open to students who have demonstrated a commitment to community service and have made significant contributions to improving the lives of others.

  • Athletics

    Finally, our Athletics category recognizes young people who have shown exceptional skill and dedication in their athletic pursuits. This category is open to students who have excelled in individual or team sports and have demonstrated a commitment to physical fitness and healthy living.

We encourage Teachers, and all eligible students to apply for the 20 under 20 Nebraska Awards and showcase their achievements.
